when do we need to publish standalone financial statements of subsidiary.
Shall we inform ROC before 31/03/07 for publishing consolidated financials statements.

There is no requirement to inform RoC in advance to publish the consolidated financial statements. Standalone FS of a subsidiary would be published/submitted to RoC/Any Authority as per normal regulation of country where the subsidiary company is registered.
