May 2014. On dates of elections papers may not be held as there may be prescribed holiday. Schedule may be lengthen. Will start in May.
Its a bit early to predict but there are precedents. In 2009, exams were held in June as elections were in May. So there is no surety as to May schedule.

No kaapil, that works for state elections. For general elections, it is always rescheduled completely because the schools and colleges are made voting booths and teachers are deputed on election duty. That makes nigh impossible for institute to conduct the exams during the general elections. Also, due to restriction in movement on account of security, students find it difficult to reach exam centers.
So if elections happen in May, exams will be rescheduled to June.
