how to float a new CA firm

Me and my friend qualified in May 2010 attempt. We now want to start our own audit firm. Is there any guidelines available for this? Can anybody help.

you need to apply for Certificate of practice and register your firm name with ICAI.

1. Wait for the name approval
2. Then execute the P deed with the approved name
3.File form 18
