Try to devote every day two hours each for Direct Tax both. Two days in between the week keep it only for Revision. Suppose u study Monday and Tuesday, keep Wednesday for Revision. Again what ever you studied on Thursday and Friday, ensure Saturday you utilize for Revision. This will keep you in touch with the subject and provide you scope to score good marks in the examination.

Start with a subject that you are most confident about. If you study for 12 hours a day, I think you should be able to finish it. By finishing it I mean, to be able to cover atleast 80% of the subject. Study smart. Check for trends and weightage assigned to each chapter (or even parts of chapters). Check the chapters which you have opted to leave out, there is a high probability that the same kind of questions come from them .. read these few questions of these chapters. AT the end of each chapter try to summarize it in your mind, if you are able to do it, you are pretty much prepared.
If this is indeed your strong subject, you will finish in less than a week. Repeat this with one subject a week for all the theory subjects and 4 days for the practical ones (because you have attended classes and have a fair idea of the subject). If you cannot study one subject for a long period mix 2 subjects and try to finish in 2 weeks. However, I strongly advice that you study one subject at a stretch as saves a lot of time and improves understanding of the subject.
After you are done with your first reading in less than about 2 months, its time to start again.. only this time give each theory subject just 3 days and practical ones 2 days. Chances are that you will not remember many things you read during the first time, but hey just keep going .. loosing motivation or feeling nervous is only a waste of time .. just stick to your timetable and remember this is the best you can do at that moment.
