4. If your Computer is running Slow, Press “Start Button + Run”, a command box will appear, type “PREFETCH” and delete all files in that folder. Warning = do not clean out your Prefetch folder! Check =http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-is-the-prefetch-folder

Sir this command cleans all files that your Operating System fetches from your local drive for its easy access. I am not sure about Vista but if you are getting warning do not delete prefetch files rather you can download CCleaner from google its free and cleans all your temporary files........thanks for asking....
