CA M.K. Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1983. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He was an elected member of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for nine years from 1990 to 1999 and has been a member of various standing & non-standing committees of the Regional Council of the Institute.He looks after the entire range of practice relating to Audit, Direct Taxes including planning for corporate & non-resident Indians and rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation, Capital market & FEMA matters.
