I am a Practicing Company Secretary having a rich experience in Statutory Compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI Guidelines, RBI Regulations etc. Before obtaining the Certificate of Practice, I handled IPO proceedings for my Company including regaular interaction with various intermediaries involved in the process.
