I have experience in the area of Direct taxes i.e.preparation of IT returns, TDS returns,etc. as well as Indirect taxes(Service tax, VAT, CST).I have good knowledge of accounts.I am doing training where secretarial audit as per Sec.204 of Co's Act 2013 is the core area.I have good knowledge about Co.'s Act 2013 & SS.
