I am a graduate electrical engineer and thereafter done LLB and most of my job is for helping tenants and accused of cheque bounce cases all over India.
The law is in favor of tenant and accused but important time is lost at initial stages and so people suffer.If proper care is taken since begning it is easy to win any cheque bounce case.
