About me
I am Harshit Goyal, a Chartered Accountant and practicing as a partner in our firm. I lead the Indirect Taxation department at our firm and specialize in GST, corporate taxation, and other commercial laws.
In addition to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in July 2021, I have completed various certificate courses such as forensic audit, concurrent audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and multiple courses on GST. Currently, I am pursuing my LLB from Ambedkar Law University Jaipur and hold certification as a GST Practitioner from the Federation of Indian Professionals.
At present, I provide advisory services to clients across different sectors in matters of indirect tax compliance, litigation, and tax planning. My experience in handling litigation dates back to my articleship period, and I continue to provide guidance and support to clients as a partner.
Apart from my professional work, I am also an avid author and have contributed articles, threads, and posts related to indirect taxation on various websites, LinkedIn, and Twitter. I am passionate about GST and enjoy learning and analyzing the provisions related to it.
