I have over 15 years’ experience in providing tax advisory and litigation to both private and the public sector. I specializes in Direct Taxation of manufacturing and service sector companies and has immense experience and knowledge in structuring and restructuring companies.
I specializes in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.
I also specializes in Litigation and represented up till Tribunal Level. I has also headed Taxation Department in two big Automobile companies.
I besides above specializes in getting DSIR recognitions for Research and Development Dept. of the Companies.
I also advising on Start up and Various Schemes of Govt of India, Corporate Social Responsibility.
