I am a Practicing Company Secretary from Bhopal, working in all the areas of Corporate Laws.
My overall 10 years experience includes, corporate experience of 2.4 years and more than 8 years as a Practicing CS. Currently i am handling Company law matters, NCLT cases, RD cases, Secretarial compliance's, Secretarial Audit, GST registrations, GST return filings, drafting of agreements, MOU' and petitions Etc.
