Devesh Pandey is an Indian corporate legal adviser venturing his way into specialized corporate legal consultancy and advisory for Indian and international geographies. He is a strategic business structuring adviser for Indian as well as foreign investors.

After completing his company secretaryship from the prestigious Institute of company secretaries of India he joined Singhania & Co. LLP (Advocates and Solicitor) International Legal Consultants, in May 2007 as an associate. The firm is one of the eminent law firm in India having offshore offices at UK and USA . thereafter He worked with Fox Mandal & Co., an eminent law firm.

He has been a pioneer adviser for the International corporations setting up their ventures in India and represented a number of companies tin setting up their ventures in India. Being a corporate law expert he rendered his services to the corporate's in raising their funds from the capital market, cross border mergers and amalgamations, foreign investments, strategic business structuring.

He is a dynamic corporate law specialist who has worked for various Indian, UK, USA, Africa, Canada, China, Mauritius clients on number of legal assignments related to Foreign Direct Investment, Capital Market, national and International contract drafting, GDR issue in UK, IPO issue advisory, Commercial papers, Mergers, due diligence etc.

He has facilitated a number of foreign investors setting up of business organizations in India in different areas like power, energy, telecom, textile, manufacturing etc.

During his professional stint, Devesh has been lecturing to the lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries on various corporate law issues areas like legal issues in FDI, Business Structuring, capital market laws and regulations.

He has also been guest faculty at business and law schools and organizations and other business and law associations.

Mr. Pandey has lectured in Corporate Laws and FDI to the Lawyers, Charterd accountants and Company Secretary students since 2010. He has been a speaker at several conferences. He is the associate member of the the Institute of Company Sectretaries of India. He has also been awarded as the best presentrator on corporate governance by the Institute of Company Sectretaries of India.
