He is the founder and managing partner of Mahendra Badjatya & Co and has over 35 years of rich experience in the field of audit, income-tax, company law and host of other regulations. He is an approved valuer under the Income Tax Act, 1961. He is a life-time member of Indian Institute of Arbitrators, New Delhi. He has authored books on company law related matters, contributed several articles in professional journals and newspapers.
