I am an Ex Company Secy. & G.M.(Law) of National Fertilizers Ltd.(A Mini-Ratna Central P.S.U.).I have also worked for some periods as V.P. (Secretarial Dept.) in Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.,Noida,U.P. I am an ex. Faculty of the Inst. of Company Secretaries of India as well as The I.C.W.A of India at their regional offices in Kolkata.I am also ex. vice-chairman of the Durgapore chapter of the Inst. of C.A. of India.Presently practicing as a Company Secretary.
