I am a practicing company secretary from Pune. Since for last 8 years I am in whole time practice. Before that I was engaged myself as an advocate for around 5 years. I provide legal consultation to various banks and corporates, focusing on issues relating to Corporate Laws.

I have delivered lectures on Corporate laws in various colleges and educational institutes. I like to take active participation in Study Circle meetings, seminars, and conferences.

My educational qualification is B.Com, D.T.L., LL.B, F.C.S.
