In its continued endeavor to improve and strengthen filing under XBRL, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is holding a series of consultative meetings from various stakeholders.
As desired by Secretary, it has been decided to hold 2nd meeting with XBRL software vendors on 11.07.2011 at 5.00 pm at Conference Hall, MCA, 5th Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. The agenda of the meeting is deliberate about a rational price discovery of the XBRL software tool to be available in the market in order to reduce the compliance cost for the companies.
