MCA starts the process of deactivating the non-compliant DINs, who have not filed DIR-3 KYC for FY 2019-20 up to 31.12.2020

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has clarifiedthat the last datefor filing DIR-3 KYC for the Financial Year 2019-20 has expired on 31st December 2020. Consequently, the process of deactivating the non-compliant DINs is in progress and will be completed shortly. Read the official announcement below:
