Restoration under Regulation 19 - Retrospective Restoration for the year 2011-12.
Retrospective restoration of membership under Regulation 19 of CA Regulations, 1988:
The members whose membership exists as on 01st April 2011 and continued upto 30th September 2011 but subsequently got removed as on 1st October 2011 on account of non-payment of fee are eligible for restoration of their names retrospectively under Regulation 19 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. Such persons may apply upto 31st March 2012 in Form 9 along with the membership fees i.e Rs.800/- as an associate and Rs.2200/- as fellow, as the case may be, for the current year and the additional fee of Rs.1200/- towards restoration.
Restoration from current date.
The members whose name is removed prior to 01.10.2011 may apply for restoration from current date by making payment of membership fee for the year of removal as well as current year membership fee as applicable in his case alongwith restoration fee of Rs. 1200/- and submit Form 9 so as to reach us before 31st March, 2012.
Members can pay fee online by clicking online payments link on the homepage of www.icai.org / may send scan copy of Form 9 under signature through mail.
