The Convocation of the Institute, for awarding certificates to ACS 59867 to ACS 63260 & FCS 10427 to FCS 10783, is being held on Monday, 18th January, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. onwards. The Convocation is being held in physical mode as well as in e-mode in parallel. In physical mode the Convocation is being held at our four regional centres at Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Mumbai for the eligible members who have opted for any one of them and also at Hyderabad for a small group of members hailing from the city. The brief inaugural event is taking place at Hotel ITC Kohenur, Knowledge City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana in the benign presence of the Chief Guest, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Vice President of India. The inaugural event from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. is common for all centres to be followed by slides of participants who have confirmed for the e-convocation. After the inaugural programme the regional Convocations will continue.
The eligible members who have confirmed participation in the physical convocation have received / will receive communication from respective Regional Offices about the venue and reporting time for registration. They are advised to observe proper social distancing norms and always wear face mask at the venue during the event. The attire for the Convocation will be Indian as informed earlier, preferably white/off-white kurta-pyjama/saree/salwar-kameej-dupatta.
