ICAI celebrates its Foundation Day as the Chartered Accountants’ Day on 1st July every year. This year, the Chartered Accountants’ Day Celebrations of the ICAI will be held at 5.15 P.M. on 1st July, 2014 in the `Plenary Hall’, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Arun Jaitley, Hon’ble Union Minister for Finance, Defence & Corporate Affairs, will be the Chief Guest for the said function. The Guests of Honour for the function will be Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister of State (I/C) for Power, Coal and New and Renewable Energy, and Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry (I/C), Finance and Corporate Affairs. Mr. Warren Allen, President, International Federation of Accountants, would deliver a Special Address on the said occasion.
