MCA extends LLP Form 8 Due Date till 30th December 2021

MCA, on account of challenges faced by the LLPs due to COVID-19, has announced relaxations in paying additional fees in case of delay in filing of Form 8 (the Statement Account and Solvency) by Limited Liability Partnerships up to 30th December 2021.
