ICAI has extended the Opt Out Facility to candidates who have recently suffered from COVID-19 or are yet to recover from the after effects of COVID-19. Moreover, opt out has also been given to students whose examination centres have been changed by ICAI.
Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Aniruddha Bose on 29.06.2021 confirmed that it will not pass any directions to ICAI to postpone the July 2021 CA Exams. The court will take a decision on the student's plea regarding opt out on 30.06.2021.
