Due date for filing monthly GSTR-5A Return for the month of Dec, 20 is January 20, 2021
18 January 2021 at 10:23The Ministry of Finance announced for OIDAR service suppliers that the due date for filing monthly GSTR-5A return for the month of December 2020 is January 20, 2021 failing which will attract a late fee and interest.

13 January 2021 at 16:52The due date for filing GSTR-3B is 20th January 2021 for taxpayers having an aggregate turnover of more than Rs. 5 crores in the previous FY. For taxpayers having an aggregate turnover of less than Rs. 5 crores, the due date is 22/24 January 2021.
Exporter arrested for creating bogus companies for issuance of fake invoices
