Exporter arrested for creating bogus companies for issuance of fake invoices
13 January 2021 at 08:39Shri Santosh Kumar Singh created 44 fake/bogus companies for issuance of fake invoices and passing on ITC to nine export companies which were involved in fraudulent exports, without the supply of any goods.

DGGI Gurugram arrests one for fraudulently availing input tax credit of Rs 8 crores
