IBBI gives approval to 317 companies resolution plans

As per information provided by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), the Regulator, as on 31.12.2020, in 317 cases resolution plans have been approved and 1126 cases have been ordered for liquidation.

Declarations have been filed by taxpayers for resolution of Tax disputes amounting to Rs. 98,328 crore till 1st March 2021. Payment of Rs. 53,346 crore have been made by taxpayers under the scheme till 1st March 2021.
