IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Postponement of Common Proficiency Test (CPT), scheduled on 13th December 2015 in the states of Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh only
It is hereby notified for general information that in view of heavy rains and consequent disruption of normal life in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh, the CPT scheduled on 13th December 2015 (Sunday), in the said states stand rescheduled to 27th December 2015 ( Sunday).
The said test will now be held in the said states, on 27th December, 2015 ( Sunday) at the same venue(s) and at the same timings i.e. 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (Morning Session) and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM (Afternoon Session) (IST).
Cities where CPT will be held on 27th December 2015 are as follows:
a) Tamil Nadu:
Chennai, Vellore, Kumbakonam, Tiruchirapalli, Madurai, Sivakasi, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Salem, Erode, Coimbatore and Tirupur
b) Pondicherry and
c) Andhra Pradesh:
Nellore, Tirupati, Ongole, Guntur, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajamundry, Vishakapatnam, Anantapur and Kurnool
Admit Cards already issued would remain valid for the rescheduled date.
However, it is clarified that the CPT will be held as per schedule on 13th December 2015 in all cities, other than those mentioned above.
In other words, the schedule of examination notified vide Notification No. 13-CA (EXAM)/CPT/December/2015 dated 21st July 2015 in respect of all other cities remains unchanged.
