Shark Tank product The Scrubbie has a net worth of $2,000. The company currently sells just under 30 units per month, making it one of the biggest flops to ever appear on Shark Tank.
According to behind-the-scenes info, during the Shark Tank pitch, Kevin O’Leary got so frustrated with the founders that he threw a glass of water from his table. He later asked the show’s producers not to include the clip in the episode.

Revenues
When Scrubbie appeared on Shark Tank, its lifetime sales were $13,000. During the one-year period after Shark Tank, the company got a sales boost and generated revenues of $11,000. But since then, the sales have come crashing down.
As of today, the Scrubbie is not available in any retail stores and even Amazon has suspended the product a few times due to some violations. The company currently sells its product on a sub-standard website with a bad UX.
Only one of the three founders of Scrubbie currently works full-time, processing orders. Scrubbie even had to modify its logo after Lori Greiner objected to it during the episode.
With no marketing dollars left, The Scrubbie is expected to go out of business anytime soon.
What Happened Behind the Scenes?
During the filming of the episode, which lasted for over two hours, Kevin lost his patience when Scrubbie’s founders avoided answering questions about their sales.
After some point, Kevin stood up and threw a glass of water toward the crew and walked off the set.
There have also been reports that Kevin and Lori have gotten into a heated argument, which was again not telecast in the episode.
The Show’s producers wanted to add these two clips in a blooper episode exclusive for TV, but Kevin’s legal team did not agree to do so.
