Education:
(UG - B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A - Management) AND (PG- CA - CA)
Education: Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA only (Ideally qualified in 2008/2009)
Experience: Min 2 Years of Post qualification in Taxation profile handling Indian as well as International tax.
Strong Indian tax knowledge
Intermediate / Strong IT skills (MS Excel)
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Note: Candidate should be willing to work in shifts (8 AM to 4.30 PM or 12.30 PM to 9 PM)
Work Location: Gurgaon
1. To support the manager in direct and indirect tax related matters for Indian Unit of firm like:
a) To prepare the corporate tax return for Indian Unit of firm.
b) To estimate and deposit the advance tax for Indian Unit of firm.
c) Supporting Manager in getting the transfer pricing study done.
d) To file replies for the notices issued by India tax authorities in relation to corporate tax and transfer pricing
e) To coordinate with the external consultants for various tax related issues.
f) To prepare and file the service tax return.
2. To prepare the tax computation for UK & Irish entities.
3. To account for the Deferred tax & Current tax asset / liability as per for US GAAP (FAS 109) for an Insurance company and its branches.
4. To review Insurance Premium Tax returns for European BUs.
5. To support the Analysts in performing their job by resolving their technical queries.
6. To support the supervisor in the various ad hoc projects
