The candidate will be responsible for management and coordination of all activities of the Directors which will involve handling calls and scheduling appointments, fixing of meetings based on Directors availability, regular review of correspondences, managing and arranging of Directors travel requirements, preparing Power-Point presentations, generate MIS reports from the Customer Relationship and Project Management tool as required by the Directors, preparation of responses to clients, follow up on tasks assigned to other Employees and supporting the Directors in day to day administration.
Ability to multi task, as the role may change, in the early months of the Company’s operations in India
Capable of managing a team and training them in the WAPL’s philosophy and standard practices
Conservative, cautious approach, keeping in line with the ‘custodian’ role
Past Experience of having worked/dealt with Directors or similar positions, ability to work in a group setting
