We are hiring for the position of “Senior Accounts Executive” for our company at Delhi (Vikaspuri) location.
The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting within the Finance/Accounts department.
Basic Requirements:-
• Should be a graduate in B.Com or CA IPCC (Preferable)
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Accounting Operations preferably in a CA Firm
• Good communication and listening skills in English and Hindi both, ability to address stakeholders, flexibility and sound email drafting skills.
• Should be able to address client’s queries related to accounting and taxation.
• Good communication and presentation skills with good managerial skills.
• Good knowledge of using Advance Excel, Google spreadsheet, Tally, QuickBooks, Genius
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze complex situations based on facts and find solutions
• Should be a good listener and able to manage multiple tasks together.
• This position requires client visits as & if required.
Responsibilities:-
• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Support tax filing and documentation (direct and indirect taxes both)
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed.
