Should be an MBA-Finance/ICWA/CA (Inter).
Responsible for maintenance of accounts, book-keeping, billing & credit control and adequate internal controls.
Key Tasks:
•Ensure compliance with Indian accounting practices, Statute and Direct and Indirect Taxation including SOX compliance.
•Responsible for formulating policies, procedures & systems for finance processes in the organization which would lead to greater cost optimization and controls.
•Responsible for financial control of the company operations.
•Working along with Sales Managers on the timelines of Collection/Receivables and provide them report on weekly basis.
•Responsible for maintenance of accurate accounting books in global accounting software.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Experience of working in Tally / Microsoft Navision and experience in generating MIS/Financial reporting.
•Positioning yourself as a liaison and trusted confidant to other departments.
