• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and audit reports.
• Knowledge of Accounting & Audit standards (GAAP/IND AS) as per The Companies Act, 2013, The LLP Act 2008, GST Act 2017, Income Tax Act, etc.
• Knowledge of various RoC forms as per The Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, and RBI regulations.
• Knowledge of Income-tax audit, Income-tax returns & GST Returns.
• Knowledge of Company Compliances, GST, Taxation, Audit, etc.
• Should have good communication skills and confidence in handling the client's doubts and queries.
