Job Description
•Handling PF, Superannuation and Gratuity Trust Fund Admin & Mgmt. of prestigious clients.
•The job involves accounting, including Trial balance, Taxation, Settlements/ Loans, etc.
•Statutory Compliance – Monthly reports/challans/Forms to be submitted to /uploaded on RPFC website/Income Tax office
•Monthly PF contribution working and upload it on RPFC/Software.
• Settlement processing of Provident Fund of the left employees.
•Superannuation Fund settlements of the left employees. Correspondence with LIC/Insurers
•Gratuity Fund – settlements of the left employees including Income tax calculation.
•He/she will be responsible for maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for each client and ensuring compliance with ISO and other quality initiatives
