Legal qualifications desirable. Adept in dealing with international customers and partners. Should possess leadership and organisational skills. Excellent impacting and influencing skills. An ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic company, systems oriented.The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the overall Finance Function as also commercial, legal and IT. The function entails overseeing the finance and accounting systems, MIS (foreign reporting), long term finance requirements in a cost effective manner.

Key Result Areas: Strategic Interventions for financial management; Statutory Compliances; Accounting and Audit controls; Taxation / Legal. The key responsibilities:
Financial management: Play a key role in preparing annual business plans. Monitor and continuously strengthen financial systems, controls and reports. This will include leading regular internal, statutory and regulatory audits. Oversee cash flow management. Supervise tax planning and preparation of financial accounts. Oversee accounting activities, managing assets of the company, managing banking relationships, etc Business management: Internal Risk management, Consolidation, Assist in strategic planning process
Information management: Lead staff in conceptualizing and preparing finance reports on timely basis, Providing accurate and complete information as and when required, Managing the information access environment.
