• A qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance role with at least 2-3 yrs in a supervisory role
• Be highly motivated, results oriented, able to perform independently and effectively, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Superb attention to detail yet possesses an understanding of the "big picture”
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) a plus Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task are a must.
Position Duties:
• Supervise and Manage a team and responsible for day to day Accounting including the below functions:-
- Accounts Payables function for Company.
- Treasury Management including Customer receipts, Vendor Payments and Inter Co Transfers
- Lead and Supervise Monthly Closure of books for Our client
- Review Balance Sheet accounts to maintain the overall health of the BS accounts and resolve issues, if any
- Review of month close journals and approve in Accounting Software (Microsoft Dynamics- Great Plains)
- Prepare and review Financial Statements on monthly basis
- Actual Vs Budget comparison to identify variances and prepare explanations
• Liaising with Bankers for client’s Operations - RBI regulations, FX Conversion, Import Payments as & when required
• Special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and other duties as assigned Review the current processes and propose changes including use of automated tools/ software’s to increase the overall team efficiency
• Lead Quarterly and Annual Audits (including Statutory & Tax Audit)
• Perform various financial and accounting analysis
