· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Fluency in English speaking, excellent convincing skills, ability to write effective emails.
· Knowledge of personal finance/taxation would be preferred.
· Working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word and Excel
· Calling the given leads, and explaining and making them buy our services
· Resolving customer queries through phone and mail
· Handling live chat feature of the website to resolve customer queries
· Updating database with lead information and generating required reports for the management
