Sushil K. Singla & Co. (SKS&CO.) is a research focused Chartered Accountancy firm with offices in New Delhi and Chandigarh (Panchkula) established in the year 1979. We specialize in strategic finance, valuation and tax advice coupled with industry expertise in an integrated manner. We focus on niche areas in which we provide significant value and are invariably involved in complex transactions.

Our key clients include a Singapore investment fund, a US HQ'ed premier social impact fund advisory co., a strategic management advisory co. and a 200+ employees VC funded consumer experience management startup.

Core practice areas include FEMA Compliance, Bookkeeping and periodical compliance, Valuation & Allied Services, Audit & Assurance services, Tax Advisory.

The firm has produced 30-35 chartered accountants. Two articles of the firm has been nominated as directors of nationalized banks. The firm has given four chairmen to the Chandigarh Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Job Details

The incumbent will work within South Delhi/ Chandigarh office to execute assignment in various practice areas of the firm. The candidate will also work closely with the Partner to build client relationships. Also, will get to handle a team of 4-5 professionals working with him/ her. In brief, the candidate shall be groomed as a outsourced CFO role for a startups/ SMEs.

• Preparation of MIS reports for top management of the clients on the financial update on a monthly, quarterly and year end basis based on the financial statements prepared under Indian IGAAP with accuracy.

• Making systemic recommendations for process improvement, after identifying deltas in existing process and delivering renewed process maps.

• Ensure reconciliation of all accounts is up to date and discrepancies are rectified.

• Liasioning with various functions with Clients to ensure timely submission of data and other information for processing.

• Ensure proper deduction and deposit of various taxes such as Income tax, service tax, VAT etc.

• To oversee proper filing of tax returns in time and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Skills Required

Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience.
