Knowledge and experience of handling merchant banking assignment like Public
Issue, Rights Issue, Delisting, Open Offer, Buy Back, etc. including preparation of
offer documents, public announcements, due diligence and related
correspondence and interaction with stock exchange, etc.
Skills required:
Minimum work experience of 4‐5 years required
Sound knowledge of corporate laws
Proficiency in MS office
Qualification required:
CA or CS
NISM Certification to be achieved within 2 months of joining for acting as KMP
