Job Profile:
1) To procure material at optimum cost and to ensure deliveries on schedule.
2) Maintaining approved supplier's list and maintain database of all vendors.
3) To rate and review vendors for future supplies.
4) Approval of purchase orders.
5) Negotiations with vendors.
6) Imparting training to the team members as and when require.
7) Should be familiar with infrastructure / construction industry.
8) Ensuring on time receipt of materials by regular interaction with vendors and arranging transports / clearing agents.
9) Review MRN raised versus current stock positions and approve remaining requirement for purchase / Inventory Management.
