Roles and Responsibilities
1. Interact with the Lender/FIs/Investor/Fund House and assist in handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including assisting in preparation of proposal for submission to the Bank, Preparation of required information by the Lender/FIs/Investor/Fund House.
2. Interacting with Credit Rating Agencies for rating assignments.
3. Preparation of Quarterly Board Presentation.
4. Prepare business plans and pitch books to support the team in deals pitching and structuring.
5. Assisting in Deal Discussion with Various target acquisitions.
6. Excellent team and relationship management skills
7. Analytical thinking, Communication, Innovation, Resilience.
8. Preliminary screening of prospective Acquisitions including Financial Due diligence past performance etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Working 2-3 years of experience in the project finance team.
2. Financial Analytical Skills, Basis understanding of Infrastructure Industry.
3. Presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences
4. Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
5. Good time management and demonstrated ability to perform under time pressure and to prioritize to handle multiple assignments.
6. Should have good exposure with Infrastructure industry.
