The main roles and responsibilities of applicant for Human Resource management will be:
1) Assist in recruitment and short listing
2) Prepare data of all the employees and keep it updated time to time
3) PF, ESIC and PT Formalities for certain number of employees
4) Answerable to various departments
5) Coordinate for medical test reports for the employees
6) Post joining formalities
7) Minimum 2 years of experience required in this field
8) Prepare policies
9) Prepare documents for SEDEX Audit
* Education in HRM will be an advantage
