1. Maintaining of books of accounts, manual or computerised
2. Preparing final accounts
3. Application of statutory provisions, compliances with of Accounting Standards and other pronouncements of the Institute, etc.
4. Analysis and Interpretation of financial statements
5. Preparing and reviewing budgets
6. Preparing audit programmes
7. Audit working papers and documentation
8. Understanding, recording and evaluating internal control system
9. Performing substantive audit procedures
10. Scrutinising financial statements
11. Compliance with auditing and assurance standards
12. Drafting audit report
13. Preparing and reviewing fund flow and cash flow statements.
14. Computation of Total Income under Income tax law
15. Computation of Total Wealth and NW
16. Preparation and filing of returns under various direct tax laws like Income-tax, Wealth-tax etc.
17. Valuation of stocks, securities, etc. for the purpose of various direct tax laws e.g. Wealth Tax, Income from Capital Gains, etc.
18. Tax Planning
19. Drafting of relevant deeds, documents, schemes etc.
20. Preparation and filing of returns under various indirect tax laws.
21. Corporate Planning
