•Timely preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and year-end Financial Statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
•Understand, prepare and review notes to financial statements including Segmental Reporting.
•Coordinating with all the Departments of the Company and getting the month end provision figures.
•Month on month scrutiny of ledger accounts
•Month on month Revenue Opex and Reserve Premium analysis.
•Regulatory Reporting
•Preparation of Directors’ report, Corporate Governance Report and Annual Report of the company.
•Preparation of quarterly web site disclosure & print publication etc.
•Handling independently Statutory and CAG Auditors and resolving audit issues related to Financial Statements.
•Preparation of quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements and annual IFRS data pack for SBI Group Reporting.
•Keep updated and informed of regulatory and procedural changes that may affect the preparation of financial statements.
•Implementation of Companies Act and IFRS.
