Job Profile
1. Book Keeping and Accounts.
* Monitoring and Recording receivables and payables.
* Maintaining and updating party ledgers.
* Maintaining updated list for outstanding payments.
* Control charts and reports for monthly Operating expenses and petty cash.



2. Regulatory Compliance.
* Coordinating with consultants and Chartered Accountants for :
* Income Tax / Sales tax returns and queries.
* Monthly payment of PF, TDS and Professional Tax etc.



3. Banking and MIS.
* Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutes for:
* Day to day transactions.
* Inward and outward remittances.
* Monthly statements and re-consolation.



4. Preparing and Maintaining office MIS and coordinating with factory for factory MIS and Petty cash.

Job is in Palghar.

Rs.150,000/- to Rs.300,000/-p.a.
