The assignments typically handled by the Articled Assistants are as follows:
1) Statutory audits of private limited companies, LLPs and Charitable Trusts,
2) Tax audits of private limited companies, LLPs, partnership firms and individuals,
3) Financial accounting and MIS
4) TDS returns and GST returns
5) Assistance in valuation of businesses, financial instruments and financial due diligence (depending upon the ability and willingness of the candidate)
