Job Description

Job Profile
 Ensuring that accounting and internal controls are being complied with
 Ensuring financial budgetary control
 Good knowledge of Accounting standards
 Ensuring the financial statements like the P/L,B/S, Cash Flow comply with accounting standards
 Review the adequacy of provisions like provision for obsolete inventory, provision for income tax and other major provisions.
 Impairment of Assets
 Monitoring and controlling financial variances in the various business parameters like material costs , utilities, purchase efficiency, working capital etc
 Handling and coordinating Internal auditors/Audits of JV partners
 Implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal audit recommendations
 Handling Compliances relating to Government institutions like Reserve Bank
 Handling Income tax assessments upto Assessment level

Desirable Skills Experience of working in MIS/Costing/Accounts departments
Comfort with analyzing and interpreting numbers
Need to have managed a team of 3-4 persons
Excellent communication skills/team player/go getting attitude
Good in SAP preferably or any other ERP
Compensation Minimum Rs 9-11 lakhs
Can be revised on account of qualification and experience
