To lead the accounts team and be responsible for the maintenance of full and accurate accounting records.
Cash Flow planning and management, including periodic budgeting
Preparation and finalization of financial statements of all group
entities/individuals/HUFs and Trusts etc in a timely manner, quarterly
for internal reporting and tax estimation and yearly for annual filing
etc
Taxation and other statutory compliances
Overall accountability to ensure proper and timely compliance with
requirements of all applicable taxes, direct and indirect (including
Income Tax - Corporate as well as withholding tax; Service Tax, WCT,
GST, Labour Cess etc
Coordinate and ensure timely filing of returns, payment of applicable
taxes, providing necessary information and responding to notices etc,
directly or with the help of external consultants, as the case may be.
Oversee and ensure timely and proper compliance of PF, ESI and any
other employee benefit related statutory compliance
