• Looking for a qualified candidate with at least 3 to 5 Yrs of industry experience (non articleship / internship experience)
• If semi-qualified, more work experience will be preferred
• Require very good understanding and significant experience on matters related to company incorporation, managing compliances, filing returns or change in company details
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to advise clients in a patient and constructive manner.
• Ability to lead a team, monitor and manage performance.
• Coordination with marketing, sales and technology teams will be required, so the candidate should be a good team player.
• Ability to understand processes and help in creating, managing and executing them.
• Flexible and solution oriented.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property and trademarks would be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be a self motivated individual who is comfortable in a rapid growth, fast paced, technology enabled environment
