Ability to make presentations to and co-ordinate with Clients /Banks/ Financial Institutions.
Have the aptitude to keep himself / herself informed of the latest developments in the corporate world / financial sector. Should be individually able to source the client and execute the mandate.

Should have handled assignments for Working Capital loans& Term loans.
Candidate should have experience in loan syndication and must be thorough with the concepts of financial modelling.
Experience in writing business plans and handling working capital & term loan assignments for Corporates.
Preparation of Financial Projections,CMA, Cash Flow etc
Preparation of proposal and Dealing with Banks for preparation and finalization of Sanction Memorandum.
Interaction with Legal Advisor for Finalization of loan documentation
Liaison with the rating agencies.
Creation of security in favor of the lenders for the limits sanctioned by the Banks
