1. Preparation of Monthly MIS of one of business vertical.
2. Preparation of Monthly and Yearly Financial statements and its thorough variance analysis.
3. Preparation of Monthly cashflow and its analysis from budgeted cashflow
4. Assisting team during Statutory and Tax audit and coordinating with external auditor and their executives.
5. Supervision of adherence to best accounting practices, compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant statutes.
6. Involve in “Internal financial control – Financial reporting “Audit.
7. Involve in structure planning of company from various perspectives i.e., cashflows, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes.
8. Preparation of working and coordination with consultants for obtaining “lower deduction certificates – Direct Taxes “
9. Preparation of various working required during Due diligence process.
10. Guiding accounts team for day to day recording of transactions, BRS, TDS Deductions, Nodal bank accounting etc.
